ABSTRACT
By law, you must have a policy on health and safety whatever size your firm, but only need a written version if you employ five or more people. However, as we have seen, there are likely to be other groups of people who want to see evidence that you have a policy, such as your insurance provider, or clients/suppliers when you tender or contract with them.
