ADVANCED TOPICS FOR RESEARCHERS
The authors had a long debate about what should be the length of this chapter and what topics should be covered in it. It is our belief indeed that, although X-Be has been presented in this book specifically for the context of selling and sales management, the fundamentals of this framework can be expanded and adapted to cover several other types of social interactions from different perspectives. In the end, we decided to limit this chapter to only two sections:
1. An example to illustrate how the ideas presented in this book can be implemented in real-world cases.
