We have spent some time considering what the organization is able to do, what opportunities exist for the organization in the industry andmarketplace andwhat threats are apparent in the environment. We have also looked at the ‘hurdles’ the organizationmust jump in terms of its long-term financial objective. We have also considered the personal ambitions and values of the key implementers or the most senior management team in the organization.
