Training and facilitation skills

You can use these to establish the level of existing knowledge, and from this decide the scope of the session. They can be used to recap ground, which has previously been covered. They are a means of testing what has been learned. These questions tend to be phrased in a closed way, e.g. ‘How many of us have been involved in delivering induction training?’; ‘Did you have a structured induction plan to follow?’
