The request is a typical one. In this case, it takes the form of a phone call from a prospective client. The request could just as easily be a letter, a memo, or a note to call someone in the training or public affairs department. The request can come in any number of ways; the point is that it usually comes from someone who needs help communicating a message and sees videotape or some other form of visual media as the perfect solution.
