ABSTRACT
When the concept has been fully explored and the development organization is satisfied that the project is in keeping with its development strategy, there are other, more specific planning considerations to be considered. First, the feasibility of the project might be explored by in-company experts or by an outside firm of consultants. The latter method is discussed in Chapter 4. Consultants will produce a feasibility study that evaluates its benefits and disadvantages as well as the initial financial and marketing viability of a suggested development.
