ABSTRACT
The third stage in the process of developing properties represents the transition from planning to action, because it is at this building stage that the project begins to be realized and physically manifested. It is also at this stage that the developer needs to be aware of relevant building issues and legislation in conjunction with the team of specialists that are assisting in the project, and this is discussed in Chapter 7.
