ABSTRACT
The fifth stage is the final one in the development process. At this point the physical environment will (hopefully) have been improved from its former state in order to realize the strategic objectives of the client, operator or developer. There are, however, a number of factors that affect the development and operation of hospitality projects in the international arena. Chapter 13 discusses some of those contextual, cultural and other issues that impact upon international developments.
