ABSTRACT
A room full of people wait for the speaker to be introduced. They know they
are going to hear something about sustainability. They may all be from the same
company, or public sector body, or they may be an invited audience working
for a range of different organisations. Some will be looking forward to the pre-
sentation while others may be thinking ‘ here we go again ’ , and dreading sitting
through the grim message from another prophet of doom.
