ABSTRACT

We appear to be entering into a new era; soft values such as quality of life, happiness, and love are entering not only our private life but our work life and spas are becoming more popular as people seek to achieve these qualities through the spa experience. Spas have evolved with this trend and there is an increasing emphasis on making them spiritual places where guests can find peace within. In order for the spa staff to transmit this ‘ peace within ’ , it is necessary for spa managers to have found this within themselves and to install this within their organization.
