This item is highlighted automatically after you press the Menu button. Press the OK arrow to bring up your three options. The options you’ll see depends on your chosen Aspect ratio (see following section). If you’ve left the camera set to the default 3:2 aspect ratio, you’ll be able to choose from the following options: L:10 M (Large, 10 megapixels, 3,8722,592), M:5.6 M
(Medium, 5.6 megapixels, 2,8961,936), or S:2.5 M (Small, 2.5 megapixels, 1,9201,280). If you opt for the 16:9 aspect ratio, your options are: L:8.4 M (Large, 8.4 megapixels, 3,8722,176), M:4.7 M (Medium, 4.7 megapixels, 2,8961,632), or S:2.1 (Small, 2.1 megapixels, 1,9201,088). Press OK to select the new resolution setting and press the Menu button or the Shutter release button halfway to return to Record mode.
