ABSTRACT

Leading an organization to success in the competitive environment requires a strategy that is thoughtful, intentional, and with specific goals in mind. As equally importantly as that, though, is having anorganization that internally understands and supports the strategy, and has the resources necessary to implement it (Doz and Prahalad,1988). These three elements (understanding, support, and resources) are the lynchpins to successfully enacting the strategy and generating the desired outcomes (Kotter and Cohen, 2002).
