ABSTRACT
Trouble had been brewing for some time. It started when Jaimie had been slow getting some work done, and it meant that everyone else had fallen behind. Because of this, the team had failed to hit their targets that week and missed out on the chance for a bonus.Gradually, relationships between Jaimie and two other team members had deteriorated. It often took some small incident for them to start arguing and once or twice it had got quite heated. Before long it was clear that the situation would explode and there could be a major problem.
