If you want to bring about real innovation, and you have obtained the information, resources and support that you need, you then need to think ‘How am I actually going to do it?’ There are three possible ways you can go about putting your innovation into practice:

6.1 Mission-oriented A Mission-oriented strategy means that it is possible to link the innovation explicitly to the mission of the organization (or department), or to a specific current objective. The advantage of such an approach is that there is less need to present arguments for why the innovation should be allowed, merely to argue why this is better than any alternatives.
