It is important to get agreement on what is to be done, how it is to be done and how much it will cost. Proposals provide a vehicle to communicate the desired work and outcomes with clients. Video production involves investing time, money and talent. A commitment is necessary to begin the project and the proposal provides the framework for this commitment.
