chapter  9
Casting
Pages 10

Casting a key piece of talent on a fi lm project may be the thing that makes or breaks a movie production, but on a game production, this is rarely the case. Most game developers consider key game designers, engineers, or artists to be the talent that is highly desirable-and this is the talent that money is spent on. The only true casting that is done during the production of a video game usually centers around the voiceover work that will be done (recording the dialogue for the game’s characters) and the actors that will be used during motion capture sessions.
