ABSTRACT
How well managers manage and are managed determines whether business goals will be reached. It also largely determines how well the enterprise manages worker and work. For the workers' attitude reflects, above all, the attitude of their management. It directly mirrors management's competence and structure. The workers' effectiveness is determined largely by the way they are being managed.
