As part of this stage you should maintain a learning diary (Figure A1.3) to record your actions and review progress, and add details of any resources you found useful to your resource log (Figure Al .4). Collect physical evidence of your progress. This might include examples of before and after work feedback from your line manager, information from performance reviews, course certificates, etc. Towards the end of the module you are asked to review the self-development process that you have gone through in terms of what you achieved. That is, achievements against your stated success criteria; what went well, what went badly, what things you would do differently; how you will use the PDP process in the future to further enhance your skills and career. This should be added in Section 5 of your Action Plan.
