The JCT Standard Form of Building Contract, 2005 edition: Allen Dyer

The text discussed in this chapter is that of the Standard Building Contract With Quantities 2005 edition, which is for the fi rst time suitable for use by both private and local authority employers. Amendment 1 was issued in April 2007, and incorporated in Revision 1 published in June 2007. Revision 2 was published in May 2009; the principal changes it makes relate to:
