ABSTRACT
It has been demonstrated in an earlier chapter that, for consideration of indirect heating systems, the media employed for distribution provide the most convenient set of fundamental groupings. Further, it has been suggested that the abstract quantities of liquid, vapour and gas may, in practice, be represented by water, steam and air.
