ABSTRACT
57Journalism needed a new model, which came to us through our print colleagues. It started with the Americans James Agee and John Hersey. Then came Tom Wolfe, Gay Talese and a long list of contemporary journalists who win Pulitzer Prizes. These are journalists who want to tell America the truth about itself beyond the framework of conventional objectivity.
