ABSTRACT
A telephone call was made to Crime Stoppers on July 28, 19XX. The motivation was money. The complaint stated that John Doe (w/m/30), who lives at 123 W. 3rd, is actively involved in shoplifting in the area. Doe steals from drugstores and sells the stolen items to a fence on the east side of town.
