ABSTRACT
In this book so far, we have been concerned with what researchers have had to say about classroom practice. Teachers can also be researchers. It is all part of being a self-monitoring, reflective practitioner. It helps if you can do this as part of a university-led course, because of the expertise which will be available, but it is perfectly possible to set up small research projects on your own as part of your teaching.
