Wear eye protection, laboratory coat, and nitrile rubber gloves. Work from behind body shield. Cover spill with a 1:1:1 mixture by weight of sodium carbonate or calcium carbonate, clay cat litter (bentonite), and sand. Carefully transfer to a beaker using a plastic scoop. Follow waste disposal procedure.7 Wash the spill area thoroughly with soap and water.
