ABSTRACT
Having established why we test, and what we should include in our tests (the Test Strategy), it is important to understand how to test, and what constitutes good testing practice in the healthcare industries. In previous sections we looked at some of the principles of testing and some of the techniques that can be used. There is, however, a human element to testing that also needs to be considered.
