ABSTRACT
This text has drawn on the evidence base for educational practice in providing information and background linked with tasks and enquiries. The tasks are intended to provide opportunities to examine the practice of other teachers, of yourself and the organization of schools. The enquiry-based tasks generate the data or ideas upon which an understanding of and an explanation for the complex world of teaching and learning in schools is built.
