ABSTRACT

We are addressing this chapter to those health author ities and trusts that have no significant art scheme, but there are many that are well-established and even distinguished in their material and organisation. These include the art schemes at the Chelsea and Westminster, St Thomas’s Hospital, the Hammersmith, historic works at Guy’s and a fine modern collection including many specific commissions at St Mary’s on the Isle of Wight. There are many others of note but it is the hospitals with nothing that we hope to help.
