ABSTRACT
A page identification system is necessary to positively identify each page of a document. It normally consists of the following elements:
• company name; • document number and/or title; • page number of total number of pages (e.g. Page 2 of 30); • issue number; • revision number, if appropriate; • date of issue/revision.
