ABSTRACT
A number of chapters in this book have emphasised the need for cultural change in higher education to one that is more accepting of the value of creativity. In this chapter I argue that an important step in accomplishing such cultural change is to help higher education teachers understand and value their own creativity and to recognise this as an integral part of their professionalism.
