ABSTRACT
This is a process whereby people can bring their suggestions, ideas and new inventions for all to see. The organisation provides a display area and provides time for this purpose. It is most suited to a manufacturing or technical oriented company, but other kinds of business and organisations might be able to use the system to advantage.
