ABSTRACT

Dear Consultant: I don’t know if I’m looking for forgiveness or scolding, but I’m sure that I’m looking for advice. Years ago, I led my first and only short-term group, and only a relative would tell you it was a success. From beginning to end, I made mistakes that I came to appreciate as such only after the fact. I’m at a clinic where I’ve been given the task of setting up a 4-month anger management group and I want this group to succeed, so I want to do a postmortem on my last group.
