ABSTRACT

In the article the method of differential diagnostics of open-pit’s mining-transport systems (MTSO) and search of preventive measures for perfecting of its operation is represented. In the accepted approach the diagnostics is subdivided into two levels: primary and detailed diagnostics. First includes tax of actual technical and economic parameters comparison its with references ones, taking place in the automated information knowledge base. Second means research of potential possibilities of examined system and is carried out on the basis of simulation logical-mathematical modeling analysis. Further on the basis of diagnosing results the rational complex of effective measures directed on improvement of opencasts mining-transport systems operation is worked out. The application of offered method will allow making operatively correct MTSO state differential diagnostics and carry out rational selection of complex effective measures on improvement of system operation, and also will provide increasing of productivity and operation parameters of technological equipment.
