ABSTRACT

Kriviy Rig area is a ferrous metallurgy basis of Ukraine. The main reserves of iron ores are developed by quarries of Northern (SevGOK), Central (CGOK), New Krivij Rig (NKGOK), Southern (UGOK) and Inguletc (InGOK) ore dressing combines. The Kriviy Rig area deposits have a difficult structure and strongly differ from a deposit to a deposit. The ores of deposits also have various mineralogical structure, unequal even within the limits of one deposit. Therefore on each of quarries is carried out geological and technological mapping. For example the geological-technological mapping of a deposit CGOK was executed. 5 grades of ores on 7 stratigraphics horizons – only 16 mineralogical-technological versions and their basic parameters are allocated. These results are used by the authors for the further researches. It was supposed, that the ores of the certain grade have more stable mineralogical characteristics that facilitates their enrichment. However, meaning of parameters within the limits of grades of ores also is strong various. This circumstance complicates conducting mining works on quarries and requires development of optimization methods the mining with grades of ores. For this purpose the mathematical models for planning the mining on grades of ores are offered. They can be used both for separate enrichment of ores, and for averaging of ores in one flow. The models are interest for the automated control systems in mining.
