ABSTRACT
Xuzhou is a typical coal mine city and is becoming one of the serious water shortage cities in China. In order to alleviate this problem, the mine water drained in mining process in Xinhe Coal Mine can be sterilized for civil use, to realize the combination of water drainage and water supply Water supply volume and quality of the coal mine are evaluated, and the combination model of water drainage and supply are put forward.
