ABSTRACT
Based on analysing the principle of stratum-grouting in curing the cracked shaft lining, the paper expatiates the necessity of controlling stratum-grouting process. It also probes into the principle of controlling stratum-grouting process according to evolvement of shaft lining’s additional strain. According to a project, the paper studies the contents and measures of controlling stratum-grouting process. The results have indicated that stratum-grouting process control was very successful, and that stratum-grouting have effectively improved the stress condition and released remnant strain of shaft lining. The shaft lining is safe during stratum-grouting. The additional strain of different levels and the grouting process must be effectively monitored and controlled.
