Problems and Prospects of Development of the Coal Mining Enterprises in the Donetsk Region

Long working life of most mines without reconstruction, technical re-equipment and financial misbalance in the industry has resulted in the situation when only 10 (including one producing steam coal) of them produce more than 1 million tons a year, 59-up to 300 thousand tons and 51 are at different stages of closure.
