ABSTRACT

We have now reached the final section of this book and will turn our attention to how psychological knowledge may be used in clinical practice. The aim is to demonstrate how your knowledge base can be used to form and test hypotheses that may be used to guide your actions in clinical situations. In doing so, we will also briefly explore how knowledge is translated into a meaningful, conceptual framework.
