ABSTRACT
Post-resuscitation care includes all the diagnostic, therapeutic and prognostic interventions indicated in the treatment of patients resuscitated from cardiac arrest. Interventions range from early monitoring to prevent recurrence and searching for reversible causes of arrest to the long-term intensive care aimed at restoration of optimal cerebral and overall outcome – cardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitation.1
