ABSTRACT
The book has introduced many concepts new to construction managers or which they will only rarely have had an opportunity to apply. Up to now, the book has concentrated on the essential location-based planning and control components of the system, and there has not yet been an opportunity to present the entire LBMS, or to deal with practical issues of implementation and the flow-on implications of changing management roles and strategies.
