AquantityofSassanidcoinswasalsofoundbychanceinarich hoardatDarinin1401H,duringdrainageexcavationworkThesize ofthehoardhasnotyetbeenascertained.Thearchaeology departmentintheEasternProvincehassomefragmentsofearthenwarefromthesamestratumwhichresemblefragmentsofan earthenwarejarbutwhichhavenotyetbeenstudied.
