ABSTRACT
In order to understand the ways in which individuals within the classroom team adopt particular working practices, there needs to be a coupling of the ideas from chapter 9 with those from the last chapter. In essence the ideas obtained in chapter 9 were similar to those found in the last chapter and the findings from those chapters validate each other.
