THE DELINEATION OF ROLES IN CLASSROOM TEAMS With the importance being assigned to role clarity in the definitional solutions already discussed, it follows that there is a need to establish the parameters of those roles in the classroom. An attempt at this was made in the last chapter. It was suggested that there are two elements to the teacher's role which it is difficult to fulfil at the same time. These are the need to work with individuals and the need to work with the whole class.
