ABSTRACT
In terms of solving various economic issues, how does the Japanese corporate system fare when compared to those of other countries? There are three pieces of circumstantial evidence suggesting that that found in Japan is superior to systems in other countries and that at the very least it has proven to be the most suitable corporate system for meeting the conditions of our twentieth century industrial society.
