ABSTRACT
BEDOUIN LA W at the present moment is in an ano-malous position. Although it has been accepted by the Desert Administration as a most useful weapon of law and order, yet officially, according to the Constitution of Egypt, Bedouin Law does not exist. Consequently it is a very moot point whether one could legally enforce the provisions of the Bedouin Code against the will of a Bedoll litigant.
