ABSTRACT

The family is an integral element of the social structure of any society. Changing in the course of social development, marital and family relations have a significant impact on population reproduction. People are members of families and the population is an aggregate of families, having a certain structure and changing with certain regularity. Factors that determine the rates of population growth include the type of family, time of formation, stability, and number of children. Thus the development of families could be regarded as an important component of population reproduction.
