Human Resources Mobilisation: Setting the Stage for Organisational Innovation

The cases in session 3 represent a diversity of settings, problems and interventions. In such a variety of contexts, a common frame of reference might be helpful in order to understand their meaning and coherence. Before I go into the cases themselves, allow me to sketch briefly the organisation design perspective which might offer this frame of reference.
