ABSTRACT
In the coming wars between nation-states and non-state entities, both traditional and advanced forms of weaponry and concepts will be employed.' Increasingly, however, advanced forms of war-fighting will play a dominant role in counter-OPFOR (opposition forces) strategies because of the new capabilities which they offer. This chapter will discuss three new types of strategies: battlespace dynamics, information warfare to netwar, and bond-relationship targeting.
