ABSTRACT
Each era tends to see itself as more unique and dramatic than it is, when viewed from the distance of time. Having said that, it is very obvious that companies are going to encounter in the foreseeable future continuous discontinuities. Instead of changes, we had better speak of transformations--instead of a continuous change, companies need to change from one form to another.
