ABSTRACT
The Hellenic culture is a foundation of Western Civilization. Many Greek philosophers presented views about organizing and good leadership. But more influential were the ideas that became the essence of Western thinking and Western philosophy. They have influenced our way of seeing organizations and management in a way that even today makes the American and European organizations different from Far Eastern, Islamic, and Black Afiican organizations.
