ABSTRACT
Home care agencies need to develop more educational programs in home health and social work areas, such as workshops, seminars, and forming alliances with schools of social work. There is a desperate need for schools of social work to incorporate home health care and community practice into their curriculums. Students should be encouraged to complete their field placements in home health care agencies.
